Jennifer Wrigley is a leading ambassador for Orkney's traditional music and culture and is internationally recognised as one of the finest fiddle players and composers to come out of Scotland in recent years. Her distinctive style reflects ages of musicianship passed down aurally to her from previous generations.

Combining Jennifer's Associate Artist role at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (RCS) with a New Voices award from national UK new music charity, Sound and Music, 'Catch the Rhythmic Orkney Tide and Ride' is a magical and inspirational connection between RCS music students and Jennifer's handpicked line-up of leading professionals, culminating in this major compositional work performed and recorded live at the RCS's Chandler Studio in 2023. This new tune book contains all the music from the show, arranged for fiddle with harmonies, bowing, ornaments and chord.
