Convicted killer claims innocence on 40th birthday
A convicted killer has used his 40th birthday to claim his innocence via social media.
Michael Ross, convicted of killing Bangladeshi waiter Shamsuddin Mahmood in 2008, says his repeated prison break attempts are his way of taking action to prove he did not commit the murder in 1994.
In a letter on social media site J4MR Justice for Michael Ross, he claims his latest bid for freedom in June 2018 was “only natural for captive animals to want to get out of their enclosure.”
