Debbie (nee Byrne) passed away on 6th April, at The Balfour. A much-loved wife, mother, granny, daughter, sister and friend to many. Sadly missed by all the family.  R.I.P my precious Debbie.

Marylyn.  Peacefully at home on Saturday, 6th April, aged 69 years. Treasured wife, mum and gran. Will be sadly missed by all. Funeral service will take place at 10am on Thursday, 25th April, at The Harbour Chapel, Dunbar, followed by a burial at Deer Park Cemetery at 11am, to which all friends and family are respectfully invited. Pamela.  Passed away peacefully on 18th April, 2024.  Beloved wife of the late Dr George Mears, wonderful mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and great-grandmother.  Much loved and missed.

James (Jimmy), aged 74, Hestageo, Northside, Birsay, sadly passed away in Macmillan, Kirkwall, with family by his side on Friday, 19th April, 2024. Much loved husband of Greer, dad and father-in-law to Christopher, Kristen, Lisa, Lee, John and Wendy. Fondly remembered grandad of Blair, Iona , Balfour and Irving. Dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many. A service to celebrate Jimmy’s life will be held at St Magnus Church, Birsay, on Friday, 3rd May, at 11am. Family flowers only please. Ian, 6 Helliar View, formerly Post Office, Shapinsay, passed away peacefully on 19th April, aged 82, at Macmillan Ward, The Balfour hospital.  Much-loved brother of Hamish, Joy and the late Neil.
