Peacefully at The Balfour hospital on 19th July, surrounded by his family. Jim, aged 80, dearly loved husband of Isobel, devoted dad to Shonagh and Kevin, father-in-law to Lennie and Lucy, and loving and proud da to Magnus and Fraser. So dearly loved and so sadly missed.

William Bain (Willie) passed away suddenly at home on 15th July 2026, aged 73. Husband of the late May, dad to Willie, Kevin and Lynn, grandad, great-grandad and brother to Melita. Dearly loved and sadly missed by us all.

John W (Johnny) formally of Burwick Farm, South Ronaldsay, passed away suddenly at Cairntoich, Bignold Park Road.A memorial service will take place at John Corse funeral home on Thursday 23rd July, following a private cremation.A very special brother, uncle and grand-uncle.

At Overtonlea Care Home, Shetland on Monday 13th July. Janet (nee Hamilton) aged 63 years. Beloved wife of the late Mike and a much loved mum and granny. Sadly missed.
