CHESTERS.
CHESTERS. – John, 88, passed away peacefully at St Rognvald House on Saturday, 20th June. Formerly of Blackhill, he was the beloved husband of Marian, father of Eric and grandad to Aidan, Cameron, and Stella. A gentle soul who will be deeply missed.
HOWARD.
HOWARD. – Les passed away peacefully on Monday, 15th June. Dearly beloved husband to Joyce, devoted dad to Lesley, stepdad to Ivan, Johnny, Eileen and the late Norman. Special grandad to the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by friends and family but he will remain in our hearts and thoughts forever.
REID.
REID. – James (Jimmy) Thomas passed away peacefully surrounded by love and prayer on 18th June, 2026. All friends are warmly invited to the remembrance service to celebrate Jimmy’s life at Kirkwall Baptist Church, on Saturday, 27th June, at 1pm.
THOMSON.
THOMSON. – Beatrice, 2 Maitland Place, Finstown, passed away peacefully in The Balfour on 16th June, a day short of her 88th birthday. Private funeral at her own request.
