Orkney Storytelling Festival set to return

From Thursday, October 28, audiences are invited to join the 12th edition of the Orkney Storytelling Festival and enjoy a four-day programme of events.

Orkney storytellers will gather with their special guests: the Japanese storyteller and master of the Japanese Tea Ceremony Mio Shudo, and storyteller and musician Anne Hunter, who tells traditional tales from Scotland and around the world. Young storyteller Ailsa Dixon will also share her stories, in celebration of her Orcadian heritage.

The event is part of the Scottish International Storytelling Festival’s Go Local Programme.
