CLAN Cancer Support open afternoon

A new garden and outdoor area, created by a combined community effort for CLAN Cancer Support in Kirkwall, will be the focus of an open afternoon at the CLAN premises in Victoria Street today.

A range of community groups and national organisations supported CLAN in their project to transform a large patch of waste ground behind their centre to create a peaceful space for reflection.

The open afternoon runs from 12.30pm to 4pm and will also be an opportunity to showcase the centre’s full range of services and facilities.
