Victory for Orkney in Scottish Cup quarter-final

Orkney triumphed over Erskine Stewart Melville II in the quarter-finals of the hockey Scottish District Cup in Aberdeen today.

The Orkney ladies won 3-1, with goals from Karen Groat, Charlotte Thomson and Hannah Cromarty.

The semi-final is due to be played on April 20.
