Police appeal following one vehicle collision

Police in Kirkwall are appealing for information following a one vehicle road traffic collision which occurred on the A960 at Wideford Brae near Kirkwall Airport, at around 9.35pm last night, Wednesday.

In particular, police are keen to speak to anyone who saw a silver coloured Ford Focus nearby at the time.

The sole occupant was not seriously injured although had to be freed from the vehicle with the assistance of the fire and ambulance services.
