Police appeal for information

Police in Kirkwall  have issued a renewed appeal for information, saying that they are still keen to trace the male owner of two black Labrador dogs, one with a red collar/lead, which were being walked on the bridleway at the rear of the Papdale area of Kirkwall, at 7.30am on Friday, October 5, 2012.

The male is described as being 30-40 years of age, stocky build with greyish black short hair, wearing a dark fleece top and dark jeans.
