Stromness road closure reminder

Orkney Islands Council has advised that the stretch of street between the Ferry Inn and the Dive Cellar in Stromness will be closed from Monday, December 10, until Wednesday, December 12.

According to the OIC, this is to allow the rerouting of utility cables as part of the Pierhead Redevelopment Project.   Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the duration of the closure.
