Double delight for Orkney footballers

Orkney’s junior and senior county teams both won their respective matches against Lewis and Harris select sides in Dingwall today.

The seniors regained The Stornoway Gazette Cup with a 3-1 victory, with Chris Simpson, DJ Moffat and David Delday scoring the goals.

Meanwhile, the junior side won 4-0 thanks to strikes from Owen Merriman, Jack Stout, Steven Skea and Kyran Taylor.
