Epic ice bucket challenge at KGS

The ice bucket challenge has arrived in style, with an epic challenge at Kirkwall Grammar School this lunchtime.

Organised by PE teacher Claire Irvine, the fundraiser saw sixth-year students dump a bucket of iced water over each of the 20 or so participating staff members.

The stunt will raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support and the Motor Neurone Disease Association (the British version of America’s ASL, which has been the focus of many celebrity efforts).
