Exam results time again…

Initial analysis of today’s exam results shows that at each exam stage almost all levels of attainment have been either maintained or improved.

Early indications suggest that once again, Orkney pupils have done very well with good results received across the board.

The OIC’s director of education and leisure services, Leslie Manson, said : “In general, the results indicate that Orkney pupils have again performed highly in their exams, with some exceptional personal successes. Pupils along with all staff in schools are to be congratulated on their efforts and the successful results they have achieved. “

Over 600 pupils sat their exams last school term.
