Free to Dance performances

Nearly 70 teenage girls from across Orkney will perform at the King Street Halls in Kirkwall on Sunday, December 11, and Monday, December 12, at 7.30pm.

The girls are all involved in YDance’s project to encourage young women to get fit and healthy through dance — Free To Dance.

Vicky Millen, FTD Dance Development Officer (Orkney), said: “We’re all really looking forward to these two shows, which are such a great way for the girls to show how hard they’ve been working during the last few months. The audience can look forward to two nights of fantastically fun dance numbers with a real feeling of celebration.”
