CNI Support Officer

Fixed-term post to 31st March, 2026. This is a post funded by the
Scottish Government – fixed-term initially until 31st March, 2026
with possible extension subject to funding.

Full-time post (21 hours per week)

Start date: ASAP

Work from home primarily, with occasional travel and office
working in the Island of Hoy Development Trust office in Longhope

Salary: £1,400.00 per calendar month

Island of Hoy Development Trust is looking to recruit a motivated, organised and creative individual to support our Carbon Neutral Development Officer in progressing the community’s journey towards a low-carbon future, contributing to projects identified in the Community Carbon Neutral Pathway (CCNP) and new initiatives emerging from ongoing community engagement.

The successful candidate will have good communication skills and the confidence to engage directly with the community, basic computer skills would be seen as an advantage.
