Kirkwall Post office nominated for top awards

Kirkwall Post Office has been nominated in five different categories of the Annual Crown Network National Awards, which are given for outstanding sales and service in branches.

The actual events ceremony is to be held on Saturday in the prestigious London Hilton on Park Lane. Staff from the Post Office are set to travel to London for the event.

Branch Manager, Edgar Balfour, said he was delighted that such a small remote branch was being nominated even once – but five nominations was a real credit to the staff.
