Man transferred to ARI after crash

A crash between a motorbike and car on the A960 near Kirkwall Airport has resulted in a man being transferred to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment.

Police have not released any details, but did say the man’s condition is not life-threatening.

An investigation into the accident, which happened at about 2.30pm yesterday, is ongoing.
