Ness treasures to be uncovered once more

Excavations are set to resume at the Ness of Brodgar this summer — albeit on a heavily reduced scale.

Subject to the continued easing of lockdown measures, a seven-week excavation season will take place, marking the first activity at the world-famous site since 2019.
