Police appeal for information

Kirkwall police would like to hear from anyone who witnessed an incident involving two vehicles at the Kirbuster junction of the A968 in Birsay.

According to police, the incident, involving a car and a tipper lorry, occurred around noon on Sunday, November 4.

A spokesman said: “If anyone saw the two vehicles, the occupants or overheard any conversation between the occupants, we would be grateful if they would call the police station on 872241.”
