Primary Indoor Football League returns

The Primary Indoor Football League began again On Saturday afternoon, with a Papdale derby between Vikings and Flyers set to kick-off proceedings at 4pm, at the Pickaquoy Centre in Kirkwall.

Twenty-one teams have entered the youth football competition, which is the flagship event of the Orkney Youth Development Group and is sponsored by the S. & J. D. Robertson Group Ltd.

The competition is contested over 15 weeks, and was won last year by Stromness Predators.
