Serco NorthLink seek customer opinions

To mark national customer services week, Serco NorthLink is giving customers the opportunity to shape the service they receive in the future. Until Friday, the ferry company will incentivise customers to complete questionnaires on all ferry services and customer service centres by entering them in competitions to win vouchers worth up to £100.

Those visiting www.northlinkferries.co.uk will also be asked to fill in a questionnaire and could win return travel for two with car and cabin on the route of their choice. They will be asked for their opinion on all aspects of the service they receive and given the opportunity to comment on on board refurbishment plans.

During the week senior managers will also visit each location to meet staff and customers and answer any questions they have.

According to Serco Northlink, by the start of 2013 passengers can expect additional seating and new fully reclining seats, a refreshed catering service – including a new café bar and restaurant – and the introduction of on board entertainment as well as enhanced WiFi access so passengers can browse the internet or work while they travel.
