Stromness Street Closure

Part of Victoria Street, Stromness, will be closed from tomorrow, Monday June 10th, through to the following Friday.

The road will be closed to traffic from the bottom of Church Road up to 106 Victoria Street, which is in the Point of Ness direction, between the hours of 7am to 6pm each day with traffic being admitted outwith these hours.

The reason given by Orkney Islands Council for the closure is to allow the laying of a new electricity supply to one of the nearby properties.
