Barriers remain closed say police

Police have confirmed that the Churchill Barriers remain closed this morning due to both the weather and tides. The situation is due to be reviewed shortly after high tide at 11am. Further updates to follow.

Churchill Barriers update. CLOSED due to wind/tide combination causing danger. Barrier 2 only at this time. High tide at 11 am with review shortly thereafter. Please remain cautious whilst driving due to high winds.@OIC_Roads
