Helicopter incident off Shetland

Reports are coming in that a helicopter has ditched into the sea off  the south coast of Shetland.

Lerwick Lifeboat is on the scene along with the Coastguard search and rescue helicopter based at Sumburgh.

The NorthLink ferry Hjaltaland, which was sailing between Lerwick and Kirkwall has diverted to the scene as has the freight vessel Helliar.
