Leask Marine, a leading force in the marine services and renewable energy support sector, is seeking a highly motivated Offshore Operations Project Manager to join our fast-paced and dynamic team based in Orkney.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, this key position involves the planning, co-ordination and delivery of a wide range of marine projects. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of onshore and offshore marine
projects - Liaise with cross-functional teams across the business
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met
- Produce and manage key project documentation including RAMS
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Contribute to continuous improvement in operational processes
Candidate Requirements
- Proven project management experience, ideally within the
marine or offshore sector - Strong organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and client liaison
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with marine operations and offshore logistics is advantageous
