Kirkwall Lifeboat called to Eday

KIRKWALL Lifeboat was launched on Monday afternoon at the request of Shetland Coastguard to assist the Scottish Ambulance Service with a medivac from Eday.
The lifeboat departed Kirkwall with a paramedic onboard, and the crew successfully transferred the patient back to Kirkwall, where the person was taken to hospital.
