Orkney judge announced for Christmas Classic

An Orkney man has been chosen to judge at the Aberdeen Christmas Classic next month in Inverurie.

James Cowe, of Little Howes, Holm, will pick the winners in the pedigree Texel female section at Scotland’s leading two-day winter agricultural event, organised by Aberdeen & Northern Marts in conjunction with the Aberdeen Fatstock Association and chartered accountants Johnston Carmichael.

The Christmas Classic, celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, will be held at the Thainstone Centre, Inverurie, Aberdeenshire, on December 3 and 4.
