Plea for more help made by key Orkney MS charity

The Orkney branch of the MS Society has made a plea for more volunteers to come forward and assist a charity that is at the forefront of support services for the condition in the county.

The charity funds a number of initiatives, support classes and events in the county, all for the benefit of those living with MS and their families.

George Hannah is the charity’s group coordinator.

Speaking in this week’s The Orcadian, during MS Awareness Week, Mr Hannah said: “We really need people who are willing to come on board and provide a little time to help the Orkney MS community.”
