Police appeal after windscreen smashed

Police in Kirkwall are appealing for information after a car had its windscreen smashed in the town last week.

According to police, between 9am and 3.45pm on Wednesday, March 21, a maroon Renault Scenic had its rear windscreen smashed while it was parked in West Tankerness Lane. Kirkwall Police have said it looks like the damage was done by a HGV or a similar vehicle reversing into it.
