Police appeal for information following road collision

Police are appealing for information after a traffic accident on the Harray road on Friday.

A spokesman said that the incident occurred at around 7.25pm, north of Refuge Corner, and involved two vehicles, both of which sustained minor damage.

According to police one of the vehicles, a white camper van, failed to stop after the accident. Any witnesses are asked to contact Kirkwall police station on 101 or Crime Stoppers on 0800 555 111.
