The latest appeals from Kirkwall police

Kirkwall police are appealing for information on three incidents:

The first is for witnesses, after a woman was assaulted by another woman on Great Western Road, Kirkwall at around 1.30am on Sunday, February 10.

Secondly, police are keen to trace the owner or driver of a white/cream Ford transit van with the company name of “Carmichael & Sons Building Contractors”, or similar wording, with a phone number in red lettering on the sides and rear doors. The van was seen in the county during the end of November/start of December 2012.

And finally, a silver and red mountain bike was removed from outside an address in the Quoybanks Crescent area of Kirkwall some time overnight on Saturday, February 9.
