Town centre traffic advice

Orkney Islands Council is advising drivers to be prepared for minor delays on Great Western Road, Pickaquoy Road and Junction Road over the next two weeks as its roads team carries out drainage cleaning and maintenance, starting today.

According to the OIC, disruption to traffic during the course of the works is expected and width restrictions, lane closures and one-way systems may be put in place.
