Vice-chairman of monitoring and audit committee re-elected

At this morning’s meeting of the OIC’s monitoring and audit committee, councillor for Kirkwall East Bill Stout was re-elected as vice-chairman.

Councillor for Kirkwall West and Orphir David Tullock also remains as chair of the committee.
