Weekend rugby clash called-off

Orkney RFC’s match which had been due to take place in Inverness tomorrow against Highland, has been postponed due to the weather.

The game would have been an important one for both teams, who currently occupy second and fourth spots in the BT Caledonia League Division One table. Orkney were 33-8 victors when they played hosts to Highland in early November, but the Inverness-based side had seen their form improve recently.

The fixture has been rescheduled for March 21.
