Charged with attempted murder

A South Ronaldsay man has been charged with attempted murder.

Twenty-four-year old Peter Thomson appeared from custody in private at Kirkwall Sheriff Court yesterday, Monday.

Thomson was remanded and committed for further examination after making no plea or declaration.
