Chopper makes emergency landing

Kirkwall lifeboat launched just after 1pm this afternoon, Saturday, after an offshore helicopter reported warning lights on in the cockpit, and requested an emergency landing at Kirkwall airport.

The helicopter landed safely, and all emergency services were stood down a short time later.
