Council wants feedback on customer services
Orkney Islands Council looking for feedback on how it should best provide customer services in future.
The customer services team is often the first point of contact for the public – the staff people meet and talk to when they visit or phone the OIC.
To help plan ahead, a customer services survey is now available to fill in online or in paper form.
Paper copies are available from customer services in Kirkwall and Stromness and on request by phoning 873535 or sending an email to customerservice@orkney.gov.uk
