Fire at Buttquoy Park flats

The Scottish fire and rescue service in Orkney were called to the flats at Buttquoy Park yesterday, Sunday, to attend what is believed to have been a kitchen fire on one of the topmost residencies.

Fire personnel arrived at the address just after 7pm and the fire is reported to have been dealt with by 7:05pm. The Scottish fire and rescue service have reported that no one was injured and no major damage was caused by the fire.
