Football defeat sees Shetland retain Stuart Cup

Shetland’s junior inter-county squad retained the Stuart Cup, after winning the football fixture at Picky this afternoon.

A 3-1 victory for the visitors saw Shetland pip Orkney to the Stuart Cup by just five points.

Orkney’s overall points tally at the end of the 2014 junior inter-county tournament was 197 to Shetland’s 202.
