Hallowe’en pranksters target wheelie-bins

Live in the West Mainland and your wheelie-bin gone missing overnight?

Thanks to a military-style Hallowe’en prank, carried out under cover of darkness last night, Thursday morning saw a mass gathering of wheelie bins at Unigarth in Sandwick.

The council has now collected the bins and they can be picked up from the Dounby Amenity Site
