Isles United secure first piece of silverware

Isles United beat Burray 2-1 on Friday evening, in an entertaining game, to secure the Talisman Oxy Cup.

The game, being played at the KGS 3G pitch, swung from end to end with both teams playing exciting football.

Daniel Hourston opened the scoring for Isles United before Kit Bichan headed in a quick equaliser.

However, it was Hourston who won it for the Isles team, securing the club’s first piece of silverware and sparking wild celebrations.
