Permanent, full-time
Salary: £34,721 – £41,442 per annum (pro rata)
plus £1,559 per year Islands Allowance

Historic Environment Scotland is looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Property Maintenance and Compliance Manager, to join our Monument Conservation Unit  based at our Orkney depot. 

Reporting to the district works manager you will manage the operational delivery of property maintenance and compliance activities at Properties in Care (PIC), within the Orkney depot area. Working in a unique heritage setting, you will help ensure our monuments and sites remain safe, compliant and well presented for visitors, staff and local communities.
