Kirkwall West and Orphir election result

The four council seats for Kirkwall West and Orphir ward have been announced.

Sandy Cowie, Barbara Foulkes, Leslie Manson, and John Richards have all been elected as councillors.

A total of 1,447 first priority votes were cast in the ward, with Mr Cowie taking 160, Barbara Foulkes taking 150 votes, Mr Manson taking 646 votes and Mr Richards taking 333.
