Launch party as The Chair unveil their new album

One of Orkney’s hottest musical exports, The Chair, released their long-awaited new album, The Road to Hammer Junkie, in spectacular style last weekend at Glasgow’s Celtic Connections festival.

The eight-piece self-styled stompers are set to repeat last weekend’s euphoria, with a free home-launch gig tonight, Friday, in Matchmakers in Kirkwall.

They will also be playing a short set in Grooves, Kirkwall, at 4.30pm on Saturday.
