Longhope lifeboat attending cargo vessel off Hoy

The Longhope Lifeboat is attending a cargo vessel of the west side of Hoy.

The lifeboat launched just before 5pm and proceeded to the Schokland.

There are no further details at present, but it is understood that the OIC marine services tug Einar is also en route to the vessel.
