Lucky Locals – 2017’s first winners

The winners of the first Lucky Locals draw of 2017 were drawn this morning.

The quarterly prize draw was introduced in 2012 and aims to reward and encourage shoppers who support local, independent businesses.

The winner of the £3,000 jackpot is Henry Trotter (winning number purchased from Munro’s Garage). Inga Rae has won the £1,500 cash prize (bought from OTE, Kirkwall) and the £700 goes to Lyall Harray (bought from Williamson’s Butcher).

For each £10 spent in participating Lucky Locals outlets, the customer is entitled to put their name and telephone number next to one number. The winning numbers are then drawn quarterly.
