Meeting called to discuss barriers
A meeting is to be held tonight in St Margaret’s Hope to discuss how improvements could be made to the Churchill barriers in terms of safety in stormy weather.
The meeting has been called by South Ronaldsay resident Dave Musson who says: “As it stands living on the south isles can be a serious disadvantage when we have stormy weather and very little seems to be happening to improve the situation. I’ve called this meeting to discuss the possibility of community action regarding the situation.”
The meeting will take place in the Cromarty hall at 7:30pm with everyone welcome.
