NHS Orkney appeals to patients over staff ‘abuse’

NHS Orkney’s leading figures have appealed to the community to continue respecting staff, after noting a rising level of abuse towards its employees.

In a joint statement on Tuesday, NHS Orkney’s chairwoman, Meghan McEwen, and interim chief executive, Michael Dickson, called on the public to remain patient as we move out of lockdown.
