OIC suffer computer problems

Orkney Islands Council have been in touch to say that they are experiencing problems with their IT system today, Thursday, with both the email and the e-planning system having issues.

However, at 3pm a council spokesman said that the email system was back up and running, but added there would be a delay while emails filter through the system.
