Orkney exhibitors at Country Living Christmas Fair

Ten Orkney Companies are setting off for London next week to display their wares at the prestigious Country Living Christmas Fair in Islington.

The exhibition, which runs from October 30 October to November 3, is being attended by Hume Sweet Hume, Sheila Fleet Jewellery, Quernstone Knitwear, Island Design, Hilary Grant Knitwear & Textiles, Stewart Moar Jewellery, Betty Laughton, Scapa Studios, Pat Sutherland and The Harray Potter.

“We will be in a separate room from the various other stands and so have our own distinctive space – our own little bit of Orkney in the big city” said development manager, Edgar Balfour.

“It is a show that has been attended before, but this year we have a bigger presence with a lot of new faces, as well as some more seasoned exhibitors.”
